Use Nookly needs trustworthy media so customers can understand what a room actually looks like before requesting it.
Venues may provide room photos, venue photos, logos, short descriptions, floor plans, Google Drive links, website links or YouTube/Vimeo-style room walkthrough links.
Only submit media you own, created, licensed or have permission to provide to Use Nookly. Do not submit copyrighted or third-party material without permission.
By submitting media, you give Use Nookly permission to use, edit, crop, resize, display and share it for listings, customer matching, support, marketing and operations.
Media must fairly represent the room, access, features and current condition. Do not submit misleading, outdated or heavily altered images.
Avoid photos showing identifiable people, children, private documents, whiteboards, customer information, licence plates, building access codes or sensitive operational details.
Do not submit unlawful, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, explicit, unsafe, confidential, deceptive or malware-linked content.
If you provide a Google Drive, YouTube or other media link, make sure the link is accessible, safe to open and only includes material intended for Use Nookly review or listing use.
Use Nookly may approve, reject, crop, compress, edit, reorder, hide or remove media for quality, trust, security, privacy, conversion or legal reasons.
The MVP should avoid direct public uploads unless needed. Links or reviewed attachments reduce storage, moderation and security risk while demand is still being proven.
Venues can ask Use Nookly to update or remove listing media by emailing hello@usenookly.com. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, audit, dispute or operational reasons.
Do not send executable files, compressed archives, passwords, IDs, card details or confidential business files through media links or form notes.
If a venue would not be comfortable with a customer seeing it, do not submit it as listing media.
