Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Use Nookly collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and how you can contact us.

Current stage
Use Nookly is onboarding founding Sydney rooms before public launch. Listings, matching and booking steps may be handled manually.
Room request information
We may collect name, email, phone, preferred area, date, time, duration, number of people, use case, budget, features, after-hours needs, urgency and notes.
Venue information
We may collect venue name, type, suburb, contact details, room type, capacity, prices, access hours, features, media links, rules and notes.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, review venue submissions, manage enquiries, prevent misuse, improve listings, keep records and coordinate bookings.
Sharing
We may share relevant request details with venues and approved listing details with customers. We only share what is reasonably needed for the request.
Airtable and providers
Use Nookly currently uses Airtable forms. We may also use hosting, email, security, payment and records providers. These providers may process information on our behalf.
Payments
Use Nookly does not ask for card details through Airtable, email, SMS, notes or phone messages. If payments are added, card payments should be handled by an approved payment provider.
Media
Venue-submitted photos, video links, logos and room descriptions may be used for listings, matching, customer communication and Use Nookly marketing, subject to our Media Policy.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, including access control, reputable providers and avoiding unnecessary card-data risk. No online service can promise perfect security.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, venue onboarding, booking records, disputes, legal obligations, audit history and business operations.
Access and correction
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information by emailing hello@usenookly.com. We may need to verify identity first.
Overseas processing
Some providers may store or process information outside Australia where required to operate cloud, form, hosting, payment, email or security services.
Cookies and analytics
Use Nookly does not currently rely on advertising pixels, retargeting tags or customer account tracking. If that changes, this policy should be updated.
Children
Use Nookly is intended for business and venue use. It is not directed at children.
