Terms
These terms explain how Use Nookly works, what customers and venues can expect, and the basic rules for room requests, venue submissions and bookings.

2. Acceptance
By using the website, submitting a request, submitting venue details or contacting us about a room, you agree to these terms.
3. What Use Nookly does
Use Nookly is a room directory and request-matching service. It is not currently an instant booking marketplace.
4. Requests are not bookings
A request, listing view, enquiry, phone call, email, form submission or payment attempt does not confirm a booking unless Use Nookly confirms it in writing.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate details, follow venue rules and use rooms respectfully, safely and lawfully.
6. Venue responsibilities
Venues are responsible for room access, room condition, safety, licences, insurance, building rules, staff conduct and on-site issues.
7. Venue submissions
Submission does not guarantee publication, enquiries or bookings. Use Nookly may approve, reject, edit, pause or remove listings at its discretion.
8. Pricing and payments
Displayed prices help customers understand likely costs, but pricing, optional extras and payment steps may need final confirmation before booking.
9. Card details
Do not send card details through Airtable, email, SMS, phone messages or form notes. If online payments are added, they should be handled by an approved provider.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, change and refund rules depend on the confirmed booking, venue rules and payment terms agreed before confirmation.
11. Anti-bypass
If Use Nookly introduces a customer to a venue or creates a booking opportunity, customers and venues must not deliberately bypass Use Nookly where Use Nookly has asked to stay involved.
12. Founding listings
Founding listings may be free while the first Sydney directory is built. Free listing does not guarantee bookings, ranking, placement or continued listing.
13. Content permission
Venues must have the right to submit room information, photos, videos, logos and other content. Submitted listing content may be used for Use Nookly listings, marketing, matching and operations.
14. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, arrange unlawful activity, interfere with systems, scrape listings or misuse customer or venue details.
15. Third-party services
Use Nookly may use Airtable, hosting, email, payment, security and other providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Use Nookly is not responsible for a venue’s physical premises, staff, safety systems, equipment, cleaning, insurance, licences or compliance duties.
17. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
18. Changes and law
We may update these terms as the service changes. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
